The Shimoda Strap Booster Kit is allows you to adjust the fit of your backpack to your specific needs. These straps are especially handy for taller and broader photographers who want to add a little more room to your backpack's harness. Included are three extension straps for adjusting and extending the upper and lower shoulder straps, as well as extending the diameter of the waist belt for a better torso and hip fit. These straps enhance your pack's built-in straps and waist-belt to offer additional room. This booster strap kit was developed for broader customers with heights up to 6'7" / 15.24 cm.

Upper Booster

The Upper Booster allows users to position the straps and backpack position lower on your taller or broader torso, and allowing the shoulder straps and pack to sit in a more natural position on your upper body. The pack sitting lower on the back lets the belt sit lower on the hips. This helps to distribute weight from your shoulders. It also allows the shoulder straps to sit lower, so photographers who use a capture clip have more mounting location options. These boosters provide a 4" / 10.16cm extension which can be further fine-tuned by the torso adjustments on the bag and lower boosters.

Lower Boosters

When paired with the upper boosters, these lower boosters extend the adjustability of the lower shoulder straps so broad and tall customers can use smaller packs and still have the proper weight distribution. These straps offers 7.9"/ 20cm of adjustment.

Belt Booster

The belt booster adds an extra 7.8"/19.8cm to the belt diameter for comfort and better weight distribution.
